THE INNOVATIVE APPROACH
Crescent Lawyers is a South Australian legal practice committed to providing honest, intelligent and cost-effective advice & representation to our clients. We are open and transparent throughout the legal process.
The Principal Lawyer Belal Moraby completed a Bachelor of Laws in 2002 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2005. He further went on to complete a Master of Laws in 2014. He has been representing clients in civil law matters for over 14 years, having previously worked as a Senior Associate for the largest plaintiff law firm in Adelaide before establishing his own firm.
Crescent Lawyers limit the areas of practice to those in which we have particular skill and experience. Our practice areas are Employment, Workplace Injury, Personal Injury & Medical Negligence, Motor Vehicle Accident and Wills & Grants of Probate. This allows us to provide excellent service and confidence to our clients.
We represent clients in the State Courts (Magistrates, District & Supreme) as well as the South Australian Employment Tribunal and Fair Work Commission.
We pride ourselves on looking at the big picture and guiding clients through the legal processes whilst giving them options and the required knowledge to navigate their way to obtain the best possible outcome. This often involves working with doctors, psychologists, accountants and financial planners to help clients reach their desired solution.
We take an innovative approach to legal services by offering fixed pricing options and flexible appointment times. For those with work commitments, we offer appointments at our offices, by teleconference or phone appointment outside of normal work hours.
Crescent Lawyers are committed to remaining at the forefront of the legal industry, staying up-to-date with developments in case law and legislation as well as technology relevant to the legal industry. See link for our latest Insights into the law.
